If you've been looking for a dental plan that fits your budget, these rates will make you smile:

When you join, you choose the method of payment that works best for you - credit card, check or an automatic deduction from your bank account - as well as the payment frequency. Payments may be made on either a monthly or quarterly basis. Only quarterly payments may be made by check. All check payments will incur an additional $2.00 processing fee per check.
