The annual maximum increases to $1,750 on the 1st of the year following two consecutive years of enrollment in the plan.

Orthodontic Services
Orthodontic services are only available for children under the age of 19 who are enrolled in an Altus Dental plan through AAA prior to beginning orthodontic treatment.
