Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, InfoLine now gives you greater access to patient benefit and eligibility information in half the time. For privacy and security purposes, you'll always be asked to enter your license number and tax ID number. You'll also need to enter the Altus Dental ID number and date of birth for each patient you inquire about.

Benefit information is organized by type of service, including:
