Professional Relations - At Your Service

Our dental network is top-notch, and we're working to keep it that way! If you have any questions, Professional Relations is the place to email! Our professionals are on staff to help you with participation information, claim processing or to sign up a new dentist in your office.

We even make office visits...
At your request, a representative can visit your office to offer assistance with questions or provide guidance with procedures that require more than a phone call or letter.

Provide customized training sessions...
Periodically, the Professional Relations department conducts training and educational seminars throughout the service area. If you and your office staff are unable to attend, you may schedule a training seminar in your office.

...and take care of credentialing!
We also take care of the credentialing and recredentialing of your dentist network. If you're new to the network or if you're adding a new associate to your office, contact us and we'll send you an application package.

And, as required by state law, every three years we recredential dentists participating in our network. As part of this process, a member of our Professional Relations staff will contact you to collect a few necessary documents, including:

•  A copy of your MA dental license/controlled substance
•  A copy of your current DEA registration
•  Proof of your current professional liability insurance
•  A completed W9 form
