Please note: These rates are effective January 1 through December 31, 2010.

When you join, you choose the method of payment that works best for you - credit card, check or an automatic deduction from your bank account - as well as the payment frequency. Payments may be made on either a monthly or quarterly basis. If you choose to pay by check, you must make quarterly payments. Each check payment will incur an additional $2.00 check processing fee.
