Since selecting Altus Dental in 2005, HR Manager Susan Caracciolo says she has seen the dental insurer’s network of dentists grow and expand, while the level of service and client support has been consistently superior. “Altus has always been very accommodating to any request that we have had,” says Caracciolo, who oversees employee benefits for Easter Seals employees around the state, including physical, occupational and speech/pathology specialists and communications and computer assisted technology specialists.
Easter Seals serves communities across the Commonwealth, providing services at more than 100 locations, including the Easter Seals Technology and Training Centers in Boston, Worcester, and New Bedford. “The growth of the Altus Dental network is important to us because we are so spread out,” says Caracciolo.
